DGH started with the brand Drops; co-founded by Mohamad Alessa and Abdulrahman Albahar.
Doubled Drops
delivery fleet to a total of 60 vehicles.
Workforce grew to 203 employees
Upgraded to a larger 5,000 SQM warehouse.
Drops launched as a water and beverage e-commerce platform.
Drops later expanded into all food categories, cleaning & household, personal care, pet care, frozen, and baby needs categories.
Started operating in Drops’ 2nd warehouse in Ahmadi, Kuwait.
The product range was broadened to feature home linen, DIY, and luggage.
Migrated technology infrastructure to Salesforce, integrating CRM, ERP, OMS and WMS functionalities.
Launched the next private label EPIC! which has freshly cut fruits & vegetables.
Expanded the product range for Epic! to include Snacks, Fresh Meat & Deli
